1. Overview & Handmade Disclaimer

Thank you for supporting Tammana Special School. Many items available on our online store—such as handcrafted stationery, diyas, paper bags, gift tags, and art pieces—are created or finished with care by students in our Skill Development & Vocational Training programs.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are a hallmark of unique craftsmanship rather than defects.

2. Processing & Fulfillment Times

• Standard In-Stock Products: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

• Handmade & Made-to-Order Items: Custom orders, bulk corporate requests, or specialized handicrafts may require additional preparation time (5 to 10 business days). Processing times for custom items will be noted on the respective product page or communicated via email.

• Operating Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays, festival breaks, and weekends).

3. Shipping Charges & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times depend on your delivery location across India:

5. Delivery Address & Undeliverable Packages

• Accurate Information: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.

• Re-Delivery Charges: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply to re-send the package.
